We were there to reconnect with family members and spend time at Knotts Berry Farm. Convenient to everything, easy Parking, well maintained pool and spa, great breakfast, nice staff with efficient service. Looking forward to our next time.
Bed super comfortable; coffee in room excellent; nice variety of options breakfast options which was included with stay.
The staff ate very nice, professional; always willing to care for you and your accommodate your needs; very special staff. Like the manager and Jasmin.
Bed was super comfortable and staff was super nice. Breakfast was excellent and location was great.
Second time staying there. Couple of things could of been better. The TV remote was glitchy,didn't work all the time. Bathroom door robe hook was broken. There was no microwave in the room. (Suites only) The hot breakfast was subpar(rubbery eggs, hard biskets, undercooked waffles, sausages undercooked) but, heh it's free. They need a better food vendor .the lobby Starbucks coffee machine broke down.
