Beautiful and good hotel. The rooms are very spacious and the beds were very comfortable.
Location doesn't have easy access to public conveyance. Rest everything was better than expected. Could add some more variety to the breakfast. Staff was very polite and helpful, especially Nichole and Dhruv.
Clean, has microwave, fridge and safe in the room. Complimentary breakfast was amazing. Friendly hard working staff. The nice man at front counter always smiled and tries hard to make people happy and that's not easy to do when problems arise. The breakfast lady went non stop keeping the food stocked up. They did quickly fix the tv and safe for us that were not working when we arrived. Location was great. Near old town and other touristy places. For such a busy place it was extremely clean. Very impressed. Had tea/coffee out at all times.
Great location with an excellent breakfast. All of the staff were very helpful and eager to help. The whirlpool was excellent. The family room was a nice touch to give the adults some space from the kids.
