Perfectly located, AMAZING STAFF - Mally Smith and Karell. We felt welcomed and had the best of fun. The comp water daily makes a difference.
Super convenient for walking to most historic sites in downtown Boston. Very comfortable room. Last Hurrah restaurant was good
Courteous, helpful staff. We had a newly renovated room which was well appointed. Historic hotel was very interesting and it had an excellent gym. Rooms are small; however since it is a historic property that is to be expected.
A great classic building with really a really great staff, for the most part.
