Very friendly and helpful. The 2 Brookstones we have stayed at have the most comfortable beds. The breakfast is also good

Finally, a hotel with soundproofing in the walls. Usually there is none and you can hear everything. I walked out into the hallway around 10:30pm and could hear people talking from their rooms. However, when I was back in the room I couldn't hear them. Wonderful.

Great location for the area needed. Staff was super nice! Room was very clean and beds were comfortable.

We asked for disability accommodations, and the Booking agency didn't provide that. But the management/staff of the hotel worked to make sure that we could get into a room that had a walk in shower and a wider room for my wife's walker and disability.

Upon check-in, front desk staff personable and helpful. Room was nice but odor in hallway.
