free undercover parking; someone usually always at reception; fridge in the room - provided a kettle as requested on booking - very helpful reception staff, especially Ramon! Able to open the window in our room. Fresh towels daily if we wanted and good housekeeping service. This is like a 2-3 star Inn very simple but has everything we were looking for at a reasonable price. I did not want to stay somewhere that did not have 'internal corridors' to get to the rooms - SFO weather is too unpredictable/cold and it was internal access from the carpark to lift/rooms. Funky communal/lounge areas - even a small rooftop terrace!
