The bed was so comfy, and the room was large and had a great AC system, which we needed this trip. The location has a stunning view atop Nob Hill, but the last two blocks up from the bus can be a bit of a challenge after walking the city all day. The best part was how clean and safe we felt walking around there late at night.
Excellent location! Walking to the Masonic Theater for a concert was just a few minutes walk. You can catch the cable car right in front of the hotel. Walking to Chinatown, North Beach and Pier 39 are totally doable from this location. I liked that you could drive into their foyer area so you didn't have to worry about parking on the street. The rooms are very spacious, look newly decorated, and have huge windows. There is a restaurant right downstairs. They also provide you with free bottled water.
We had an amazing view of the city from our room, really iconic. The bed was very comfortable and the facilities in the room were excellent. We had a little issue with a stained duvet cover when we arrived and the hotel changed it without fuss. Free coffee in the morning in the lobby was really nice. All of the employees there were also really nice. The location is excellent, in walking distance to so many sights and things to do.
Loved the location, super close to a cable car stop, views were great, rooms were wonderful and really quiet, and perfect for a family of 4.
It is very clean, updated and beautifully decorated
