Sadie the hotel manager was excellent. She helped with me an issue I was having with OYO specifically and while OYO was not great to work with, she and Carmen advocated for me and encouraged OYO to resolve my issue fairly. Sadie and Carmen stayed on it, followed up with me, and helped me achieve the right outcome.

The room was clean and spacious. The design was modern. Location was great
