2 out of 3 desk staff were very helpful but 1 upon checking in was begrudgingly helpful. The hotel is older but it was comfortable and clean.
Staff were very friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast was ok but minimal choices.
The sweetest staff that seemed to genuinely want to be there and help make people feel welcome. Afternoon milk & cookies and a decent breakfast plus a great pool and hot tub! Very easy to get downtown and other spots- Cerillos Rd seems to be a main thoroughfare and leads directly into the Railway & Downtown areas. Bed was quite comfy, seemed clean and generally well taken care of but there are some definite signs of age. The area had some rough characters wandering around outside away from the entrance, but never felt unsafe.
Only downside was tge quality of breakfast the food was cold
Breakfast was Excellent! Staff and workers super nice!
