Good location to uni and restaurants. Breakfast available. Loved the waffle maker. Apple juice was delicious. Staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Good size rooms.

Everything was clean and fresh I stayed in the same room I stayed in the first time. Of course this room was on the second floor first floor rooms stink really bad

I arrived on 09282024. My family extended so we ultimately left on 10022024. I think it is extraordinarily important for your company to recognize Caroline and her team for the work done during the early days after the flood. They worked extraordinarily hard to keep displaced, travelers, and united electrical work teams as comfortable as possible. Over the days we were there, not all resources were available (ie - internet) and her team was polite, tried to find solutions if available, and kept the Inn as clean as possible. I will always be grateful that we were able to get a reservation as we drove through the night from Texas 092824. The hotel team worked for your customer even knowing some of the employees had personal issues with the hurricane and flood. I commend Caroline and her team for making our difficult situation (flooded house and car with no power or technical resources) tolerable. The Inn was a refuge at the end of long days of dealing with the disaster.

The room was clean and spacious, included the usual toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion), and had a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Due to travel delays we didn't arrive at the hotel until 1:30AM and were greeted by friendly staff who made our check-in as quick as possible. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked as it should, and the shower had great pressure. My husband said the breakfast was pretty good: included bagels, waffles, cereal and yogurt. Our hair dryer wasn't working, but we told the staff on our way out for the day and it was fixed before we got back.
