The room was reasonably clean and comfortable. The breakfast was extensive, especially for the hotel price. Could've used more fruit but otherwise a lot of selection. We were there for 7 days and didn't get tired of it.

Staff was very polite and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfy. Pool and its area was pleasant. Breakfast was satisfying. We loved the Mickey waffles!!

The place could use a good bit of work on the interior especially on the 5th floor and the elevators are pretty sketchy and the hot water well let's just say it isn't very hot

The hospitality staff were super friendly-at all times. We stayed for three nights, and every single time we walked by, they'd smile and say Hola! Now that's a very warm welcome!
