The Staff was Fabulous especially Gary! He was a Ray of Sunshine and definitely made our experience better. We had an issue with our first room and quickly moved us to another room! My kids give Gary.. 10 STARS !!!!
The lady who checked me in on the afternoon of July 5th was very nice and welcoming. She also tried to help me get online that evening when my room wifi connection was not working. Although the attempt failed, she was very understanding and nice.
I like the staff they were very friendly and helpful. I also like the way the lobby smelled and I think you guys should put a fresher on the rest of the floors bc you can tell a big difference!
BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD. EVERYTHING THAT WAS SUPPOSTED TO BE HOT WAS HOT AND EVERYTHING WAS VERY CLEAN. WOULD RATE IT A TEN.
The room was very clean, neat, didn't have that musty smell like some of the other hotels we've stayed in and everything worked.
Normally my wife has to spray the room with air freshener that we bring for that reason. I did a walk around as soon as I walked in and told my wife, we did great this time. The staff was very nice and breakfast was acceptable. The next time we come back to town for a period of time that's where we'll be staying. Thank you!
