L’emplacement de l’hôtel plutôt donnant sur une ruelle plutôt calme, mais à deux pas vous trouverez les restaurants au bord de Hudson River, puis à 3min à pied, One World tour, mémorial 911, le quartier de wall street… le personnel surtout Tio (serviable, sympathique…), la suite très spacieuse, idéale pour une famille de 4 avec 1 chambre, la hauteur de l’immeuble (11 ou 12 étages).
Tout, la gentillesse du personnel, et en particulier le professionnalisme et l'amabilité de James et Mickael en conciergerie.
La qualité du service client et les petits plus toujours appréciés (chocolats et crayons de couleur pour les enfants,) rien par contre pour mon anniversaire…)
Le confort des chambres et l’espace et le design. Très propre et soigné grâce aux femmes de ménage très gentilles.

Hôtel à proximité d'un arrêt de bus (juste à l'angle) et à 10 min à pied du métro. Chambre (suite) spacieuse avec superbe vue sur l'Hudson. Literie très confortable. Grande Douche à l'italienne. Cafetière NESPRESSO avec café à disposition bien appréciable.
