The manager was very nice and understanding when my autistic 6yo wanted to get to the pool that was closed for maintenance for a couple of hours. She said that her own child is on spectrum too and she understands how deeply disturbing any disruption of plans can be for those kids. She extended our check out by 3 hours and offered to pick up free of charge any items from the store in the lobby.
Every person on your staff that we met during our weekend were so friendly and pleasant. The room was spotless and very comfortable.
This is my 3rd time in this hotel, it is always pleasant, but this time we had a problem with the bathroom, especially the bathtub and the toilet. It was slow and stocked.
Check in and out were both very easy. The room was neat and comfortable. The coffee is the bistro was excellent.
Front desk staff checking is was great to deal with. Spoke to the same person on the phone and they were great
