We felt very safe and it was easy to reach. Everything was very clean.
The Fromt Desk, Clerk, Melinda was ABSOLUTELY amazing.
I liked how friendly the staff was there to greet us and answer our questions. We booked at the last minute but I'm glad I decided on this hotel compared to others at first glance because of past ratings, cost, and policies. I was looking for hotels that allow 18+ years old check-in and you were one of the few who did, I don't think the trip would've been the same without this hotel. The hotel was very clean, the beds felt nice, and the environment was very welcoming. Also the location wise was great because it wasn't that far from the concert stadium and was by some places we had eaten at before. Will book with this hotel again.
I choose this hotel as it was convenient to get to from the airport ( the hotel offereing a free shuttle) and there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel to get to the town centre.
The sight was clean, bright, and inviting. The staff was friendly and professional.
