The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The lobby cafe (bistro) was good. I only have breakfast there, but the offering was limited, but doable.

This hotel is well located and provides comfort due to the pool view. The hotel service staff were friendly and gave me detailed explanations and guidance. In particular, an employee named Haley met all my needs and guided me kindly. The room I was initially assigned had a bad smell, so I asked for another room, and she assigned me a room in good condition. The housekeepers were also friendly. It was great to spend time with my family at the pool, and the balcony was good for air circulation.
