Very nice, recently renovated room. Very nice balcony with lovely view. Close to downtown and short drive to the ocean. Quiet.
It was obviously just refurbished and redecorated and they did a wonderful job with the colors and the whole vibe.
The location and the room were all fine. We stayed for only one night. At one point there was a police car outside in the parking lot for about 15-20 minutes. Two officers seemed to be handling some situation with some hotel guests. There didn’t seem to have anyone on staff at night, at least the office didn’t seem to have anyone attending. The following morning when we left our room keys inside the empty office, it still didn’t look like anyone was on duty. Perhaps it’s just how safe the small town is that hotels don’t need night staff/security? Not sure how we’d get in touch with the staff members had we needed assistance that night. Luckily everything went ok.
Stayed, prepaid three nights.I requested and had confirmation for first floor, but when checked in girl at front desk said no confirmation on her computer. What went wrong? Otherwise stay was good as other time we stayed there.. thank you
It was quiet, clean, and within walking distance of downtown Cambria
