Hotel location was very convenient for attending an event at the convention center. Also, the front desk attendant was VERY helpful in resolving an issue found after check-in.
Come for the National Sports Card Convention, loved how close it was. Walking distance and close to everything
Location is amazing for a conference at Donald E Stevens and Rosemont theatre. Love that they provide filtered water by the ice machines!
Staff was great, if there was an issue it was taken care of quickly.
The location is very well placed near the CTA L station whenever I needed to go into the city
