Great and spacious rooms, great beds and the lobby was nice too. The hotel was overall clean and the rooms were ready for check-in when we arrived. It’s also very close to the airport and the shuttle service is super helpful! The shuttle drivers are amazing and super kind!

The front desk staff Prince was was exceptional! I had come in from a horrible situation with another hotel after a funeral and he went above and beyond to without even knowing the stress I was under. I am grateful for him.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. It's fairly quiet given the highway and airport are pretty close. Everything was clean, which is a most important first step. Can't say enough about the staff. From check in to restaurant folks were accommodating and helpful. There aren't many dining choices close by, but the restaurant inside was pretty good. Breakfast buffet was good. Coffee how we like it, robust! The club sandwich with avocado was very good. Handcut fries were awesome. Nice pool area. The family commented that the water temperature was very comfortable. This hotel is a short walk to the Cumberland stop on the blue line. Might be a challenge in winter on the sidewalks, but mid October it was very easy. You are just a few stops to the airport and it's a relief to avoid Chicago traffic into downtown.
