Excellent, customer - centric staff and the location of the hotel to my conference venue plus accessibility to all modes of transportation to entertainment destinations
Wonderful location, minutes to most universal park entrances. Well kept, clean, and very helpful and kind staff to assist whenever you need them.
Great hotel at a great value. Convenient to restaurants and things to do. Staff was excellent to work with as we had to check in days late because of airline problems. We were able to communicate through messaging and they kept our reservation until we could arrive.
Virginia and maintenance gentleman were super helpful. Everyone else was friendly and professional
