Location, it was close to stores, within walking distance to restaurants, quiet,
Staff was very Kind and professional.
Facilities were very clean. Room was very clean.
Our room was not clean by the time we checked in at 4pm, BUT I was very kind and understanding because that day there had been 50 rooms and low staff.
I use to be a Head housekeeper many years ago. I understood exactly what the staff was going through.
I told the front desk that I completely understood and would return later to give them plenty of time to clean.
Two hours later I returned and the room was clean and in tip top shape.
Under pressure and having to take on extra work, the staff preformed amazingly.
We requested rooms together they gave us adjoining rooms which was perfect for the kids.
Friendly staff. Excellent service. Good place to stay will b doing it again
