Nice friendly staff. Was convenient for what we were doing. (The zoo) We took our 4 year old granddaughter with us. Booked for the indoor pool, which was perfect . Was nice that there were some bands there. We all enjoyed the music.
Beds and pillows were comfortable.

The room was good sized and the bed was comfortable. The hotel's staff was outstanding. I was able to extend my room stay so that my friend who was snowed in did not end up in the cold. The front desk staff was extremely helpful, making arrangements without any issue. The cleaning staff was very good too, as they quickly responded to as concern my colleague had regarding a stain on the bathroom door.
Loved the close proximity to the Stanley Theatre!!!
