We had a good view of the river room was great bed mattress was comfortable, and room was clean.
The hotel is really dated including the room and I hated the color of the walls in the hallways but other then that we were pleased
I Left the hotel on June 14th, you can check with house maid. Also, the key card was all returned back on the 14th, can we get funds back on the 15th, which we didn't stay?
Valet crew was excellent very helpful & polite I had my elderly parents with me & they opened the doors and made sure we were ok great customer service as well as check in to our rooms polite staff as well restrooms were all maintained
Room was excellent with a terrific view. Location was perfect and catching a water taxi was so easy. We parked and didn’t go back to the car until we left. Walking distance to everything if you’re ok with heat.
