I loved the cookie that we got at check in! Also facilities were very clean and comfy
The staff is always pleasant, cleanliness and having security at the doors on late or busy times. The quietness of the hotel is always important.
The place was cozy and clean, perfectly suitable for a business trip, which was the purpose of my stay. However, if you're planning to visit Chicago, be prepared for a 40-50 minute drive to the city and about 30 minutes or more to the airport.
