I would Ike to have known of major construction outside our window and yet we paid full price for the room.
WOW! Our stay at the DoubleTree was above and beyond any hotel I've booked. The staff knew we were coming to Missoula to take my son to see the Harlem Globetrotters for his 10th birthday, so they had a basketball, his favorite treat (Milk duds), and a thoughtful birthday note waiting in the room for us when we arrived. He was shocked and thrilled and got his ball signed by all the players at the show. THANK YOU to the kind and hardworking staff that made this the most special birthday he will remember forever! (PS: the rooms were beautiful, and the views stunning). We will be lifelong DoubleTree loyalists and can’t want to visit again.
The restaurant is very nice, the waitress could have been better.
