I got there really late at night. There is a young woman who was managing it and she is super good. This person is so kind to have helped me and showed me how to use the food facilities. With her I give the place a 10.

I really like how clean are room was and if we had any questions or concerns we could get help from the front desk. The room was very nice.

Very comfortable room, good restaurant and helpful staff. The exterior of the windows in our room, however, were filthy. Hotels around SFO are very costly. Not great value for money.

What I liked was I accidentally left my sportcoat in the closet and the staff was friendly and offered different options to get it back.
