Overall very clean and nice for the price. The large counter and sink were perfect for washing baby gear.

The staff were super friendly. They went above and beyond to meet our expectations and provide what we needed in our room (like hair dry cleaner and clothes rack). The location was excellent, ~10 min walk to boardwalk. We had sink, micro-oven, fridge, and heater.

Friendly staff at check in. The room was noticeably clean if a bit bare bones (only had a lamp on one side of the bed, no hooks or hangers to hang clothes). It had a coffeemaker (but no decaf), fridge and microwave, although we didn't stay long enough to need them. Staff at check in warned us our toilet had broken and he had to fix it himself, the result being that it had to be flushed by pulling lever up rather than pushing down. No major problem, but the toilet did tend to keep running endlessly after flushing so probably needs fixing again. Busy road in front of hotel got pretty quiet at night; the footsteps of people in the room above us were quite noticeable though. All in all, for what we paid and for a one-night stay, it was fine.
