Situated on 2,300 feet of private beach, this Dennis Port resort is 8 miles from Scargo Hill Observation Tower. On-site putting greens are available and guest suites provide kitchenette facilities. Spacious studios and suites offer a seating area with sofa bed at The Edgewater Resort. Each boasts a fireplace and deck or patio. Guests can cook on the barbecue facilities and eat in the picnic area at the resort. A gym is also available at The Resort Edgewater. Cape Playhouse is a 20 minute drive from the resort. The JFK Museum is 10 miles away.

It was really clean and we had a beautiful view of the water. We brought our bikes and rode around the neighborhood and down to the Ocean House restaurant (Do not skip it. It’s awesome and food/view was great). Really nice area sort of away from the hustle and bustle.
There was no breakfast but had a studio with fully stocked kitchen even a dishwasher!
The location was perfect. The room was spacious and quiet. The staff was caring. The property was simple to navigate. Room, indoor pool, outdoor pool, beach, ocean, repeat.
The property was right near the ocean and had its own private beach. The stocked kitchenette was perfect for making breakfast. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and the putting green (hotel provided balls and putters). Rooms and bathroom were clean and modern.
location is very good and ocean front is exceptional.
I like the gas fireplace too.
