It was clean , the staff was nice and friendly, the breakfast was phenomenal!
Stayed in an embassy by chance about a year ago, and I will never stay at another hotel chain. The gatlinburg location was no exception. It was beautiful, so comfortable, and the staff goes above and beyond. Even one of the maintenance staff members noticed I was struggling at breakfast with my kids and he carried our plates to our table without missing a beat. You’ve gained a customer for life!
We stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway and had a great time overall. The property was clean and well-maintained, though we did find a few stray hairs in the bathroom, which was a small downside. That said, the hotel itself is very nice with some awesome outdoor features that really made our stay enjoyable.
The kids loved swimming in the heated outdoor pool and floating along the lazy river—especially impressive in March! Meanwhile, the adults appreciated relaxing around the fire pit. These outdoor amenities definitely made the trip special.
We would absolutely consider returning in the future!
