The hotel was overall very nice. Great location, beautiful hotel that was close to Monterey beach. The only problem was the mattress and the pillows that need to be upgraded. They were old and uncomfortable. Our room had a nice view and a kitchenette that was very useful.
The staff was really nice. Hotel was very clean & good location.
The staff was super friendly, the room was clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and in the afternoons they offered a snack bar with fresh veggies! This is the best place to stay with a family there's a lake walk and playground just across the parking lot and meet minutes from the aquarium, wharf and Dennis the Menace park!
The made order breakfast was excellent. No need for us to go eat outside of the hotel. The pool was good and the gym was very useful. The staff during breakfast were so helpful to me and my little one.
Easy to find
Parking fee was partially reimbursed through daily $15 credit that could be used in the hotel restaurant or gift shop, including the Starbucks brand coffee.
