The professionalism exemplified by Ms. Madison. Even though we were exercising out rights to address concerns going on in room 215, Ms. Madison never made us feel like we should not raise issues regarding our discomfort in room 215. But rather, she addressed the issues; to include contacting/speaking with the GM and then, she assured us that she would locate a different room and go the extra mile by personally assessing/looking over the room before moving us to a new room; she did. Hence, our high rating represents Ms. Madison's performance to put this facility back on our list to visit in the near future. Thank you.
