Room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was clean and everything worked. The refrigerator, microwave and stove worked. The bed was comfortable. I was offered a full refund when I checked in due to the elevator being out of service. While I was a bit annoyed at having to carry my luggage up 3 flights of stairs, I understand that these things happen all the time and it wasn't that big of a deal.
