Front staff was very polite. Room with tub was very nice.

Since it is right by the interstate,convenient but could hear the traffic dome during the night. The room was good size and clean
We were welcomed with a smiling face by Billie. Once in the room, we noticed that the TV did not work.
Billie came to room. First, she greeted our dog then checked out the TV situation. She tried her best but decided that she needed to contact Dish. She spent several more minutes talking to their agent and installing a new cord.... way beyond her usual duties.
We were so appreciative.
