I visit Livermore regularly and love to stay here because it is in a convenient location for my destinations, has everything I need, and the staff have been very accommodating with my requests for my favorite room.
Easy location. Easy parking. Safe. They accommodated my request for a particular room.

Kathie or Katalina is her name super sweet lady she delivered customer service w a smile and made the interaction super personable w a little bit of a background story on her name we were able to relate on the way our names r super long definitely should have staff shadow her customer service interactions i let her know I would do survey can someone pls tell her I left her a survey I want her to receive recognition staff like her definitely deserve appreciation in order to keep the motivation coming from a retail sup.
