The staff always goes above and beyond and takes great care and makes you really feel at home
I loved that they were able to accommodate kitchen supplies, such as pans, plates, and spatulas. I was able to extend multiple days without any inconveniences or attitudes with the staff. My fiance would like to add that the hospitality was amazing and resourceful. And for the most part, friendly. Also, they are pet friendly and still, no signs of any bugs at all. Which my fiance and I are very sensitive to. We have been hotel hopping for the past year. And by far, this has been the best hospitality service we've experienced.
In conclusion, hospitality, cleanliness, and staff are easily above a 10.
Ac was super cold. And they had it turned on before I checked it so it was nice and chilled in the room.
it was clean. Kind of bare bones, but sufficient and safe.
The room was very functional and attractive. The location was a bit out of the way but, if you provide yourself plenty of time, Extended Stay America was easy enough to find. The bed was very comfortable.
