The staff was one of the best parts. Johnathan was purely amazing with his customer service and empathy he really went above and beyond. The breakfast was great too. They even had complementary chocolate chip cookies. I normally stay at the higher end Marriott properties that don’t include continental breakfast but it was a treat not having to go anywhere to eat. The room was spacious and clean. It’s quite no noise other than the occasional bird chirping other than that you couldn’t ask for a better stay.
The front desk manager, Charles, was very friendly and accommodating. We moved to this hotel at the last minute and yet, he took care of our family's needs. The hotel is nice and cozy, newly remodeled, and everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the location is very convenient. Restaurants are within walking distance.
We have stayed here more than once and every time the staff is over the top pleasant. Wonderful people in this facility.
I was very disappointed in the breakfast. I was told that there would be waffles.And there were not. However , everything else was great , especially our front desk person Elizabeth ( i'm not sure if I spelled her name correctly).
Breakfast was bland the oatmeal was great, juice was good. It was a real windy day and nice to sit inside a clean comfy room. I enjoy Fairfield's
