Freshly renewed, very clean and everything is working. Our room was facing the back and it was very quiet - we needed that!
Clean and liked the special attention to detail of welcoming the guest on the television.
This location is safe, simple, modern and just a perfect place to be comfortable in. No other hotel could compare in this area. I am a student in ASU, and strongly encourage that you stay in this hotel, even if it's not on the cheaper side, I still ENCOURAGE STRONGLY that you stay here, it's so safe and the staff are sweet and hardworking
This was the best hotel room we have seen in a while. The room and bathroom were spotless. Everything in perfect condition. I love the nice flooring as opposed to scary carpet. Beds and pillows were great. Breakfast was decent with plenty of options. I would absolutely stay again.
Staff was very kind and helpful, nice and updated lobby, and the rooms were very, very comfortable.
