Our experience was amazing. The receptionist helped us accommodate our stay for a room that is wheelchair accessible, which was spacious enough for the guest to move around the room; bathroom was also comfortable for her. She gave me tips on how to request a room that is wheelchair accessible upon booking our stay at any Marriott hotel. Thank you to everyone who made this trip special and enjoyable experience.

Our first night, we had to be moved as our AC was leaking water all over the carpet - a darling employee came up & helped us move & we were given a suite at no extra charge. Breakfasts were delicious. Room was spotless. We checked out after one night thinking our AC at home would be fixed - no luck. So we checked back in & asked for the same suite. We checked out again the next day & again had to return. The woman at the desk gave me a key for a suite. I was hot, sweaty & tired. I got in the room & there was only one TV. I called the desk & the same woman said I could come get another key. FYI - she had not been friendly, no smile or eye contact.No please, thank you or sorry. And no offer to help me move. The next day I mentioned this to The supervisor, I believe her name is Alicia. She apologized & discounted our room.
