The room was clean and VERY quiet. It's our new favorite place to stay when flying out of O'Hare!
close to airport for overnight stay. As platinum got free breakfast voucher. Good choices for breakfast. free airport shuttle only from 4am to 11.30pm to airport and 4.15am to 11.45pm to hotel.
Free shuttle service to and from the airport and the comfort of the room.
Very comfortable. The girl at the front desk when I got there was so nice. I came in very late because the hotel I was in lost it’s power so everyone had to leave. I called Four Points up probably close to midnight and they were very accommodating. The breakfast was also very good.
1.Both the staff that were in-charge of the reception and accommodation were cautious, respectful and willing to assist.
