Convenience, great customer service, especially after being stuck at the airport for a cancelled flight. We will certainly be back.
Superior room, quiet, clean, well appointed. The location of the hotel is excellent,needing only to exit via the escalator to be at the check in gates. The staff were very friendly, professional and compassionate. The restaurant and room service was excellent.
Deanne at guest services was excellent and made our stay during a stressful time feel like a one night holiday. She is the reason for the 10/10
I liked how the shades open when we enter the room, it was like magic and the gigantic TV.
Location of the restaurant was good and the food was good. I ate both breakfast and lunch (and had a number of drinks at the bar in the afternoon) as I had to wait 24 hours for a plane. Cannot complain about any of the food or drink offerings.
Super helpful reception staff who were even able to offer me gym gear for purchase so I could use the gym. Great offering.
