The hotel was beautiful and staff absolutely accommodating. I love that it was located very central to everything too

Great location for events at the Seattle Convention Center. Our stay involved a fire in the adjacent Cheesecake Factory and I thought the staff handled that as well as could be reasonably expected.

Other than that the bathrooms were great as always and after a full day of panels, being able to take a proper bath was a godsend.

The location and the room was clean and comfortable.

Property is beautifully maintained. Staff was very friendly.

Concierge, and the valet were so respectful and nice to us. Made us feel like royalty from the pull in, to them opening the door finishing us in and offering us champagne for our two year. We were light headed by the time we reached the door. Everyone was so nice and gentle and willing to help us with whatever we needed. We will return.
