We enjoyed our stay here. Check in and out was great. We had a relatively quiet and peaceful. The balcony was nice to sit out on. The adult pool was warm and relaxing. The jacuzzi was nice and hot. We didn't use any of the watercraft, but there was plenty of room to enjoy those. I did enjoy the pier. Late at night we'd walk out to the chairs by the water and stare at the Milky Way and stars. Best stars I've seen since Blue Ridge Mountain. It was windy, but it felt great and kept mosquitoes away. Yes there was a strong smell, but apparently that's the smell of the Keys and Key West. You won't escape it no matter where you stay. You get used to it.

Staff were great! Building and decorating were good. Pools and landscaping excellent.

The staff was incredible from the welcoming lobby employees to the awesome fellow whom got us our kayaks. The employees were outstanding. The balcony was gorgeous! The room decor was beautiful! Nice to have all adult option. They had elevators that was nice! Felt very special there.

Clean and comfortable in an excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff.

The property is beautiful, the buildings are well maintained and beautifully updated.
