It was good enough for our last-minute 10pm decision to stay in town overnight. The guy at our 11pm check-in was so kind. He 6 us feel comfortable about the security of our car after hearing about theft and craziness in California. We were very worried about this. Nothing happened, and that was a major relief.
The person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. He let us check out 45 minutes late as we were heading to a cruise. He lent us a stapler, and arranged for a taxi.
The Front Desk was very informative as to where to eat and site see. They gave great recommendations.
Location fantastic. Walk right into an art and restaurant district. 5 minute Uber to cruise terminal (so if not much luggage can walk). We enjoyed walking around the area. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and informative. Many types of food, coffee/tea places near by with a short walk. We had never been before and presently surprised.
Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom floor was dirty but clean
