Staff was nice room was big and clean loved the location. If we go back to West Memphis we will stay there again.
Room smelled of Marijuana and lights over sink barely come on, bathroom light takes a while to come on. The room is clean, and the beds were comfy. They were made with the top sheet on top of the comforter. The front desk was very accommodating. They do not have roll away beds for a child, though. We booked for 4 people, and only had 2 towels in our room.
i ididnt like that i had to wait an whole hour to get checked in because the staff was in the back sleep
The staff was friendly and made sure everything was gteat
Stayed here twice and for the price I’m always pleased. It’s clean and never smells. The parking lot is clean. The linens are clean. No odd old furniture. No mold or mildew in the bathroom. No cig burns. Bed was comfortable. Couch was clean/newer with no damages. Floor clean and looked newly replaced.
