It was clean had just done remodeling of the rooms etc. The pool was large an indoor pool but for summer months would have liked it outside.

Location was great and breakfast included was nice

Excellent customer service! Only problem was the elevator, was broken and with all the luggage had to go by stairs to 2nd floor.

The 2nd shift desk attendant was outstanding. My niece had vomited on her blanket and it needed to be washed and dried before bed time. The dryer was broken and she offered to dry the blanket in the industrial dryer behind the desk. My niece couldn't sleep without the blanket and I was very grateful to her....L

The staff was very friendly. The location was great. The breakfast was good (except the eggs were rubbery) but there is a Wendy's next door and a Culver's.
