Super clean with very friendly staff! The woman at the front desk was so sweet and helpful and it was always a great time speaking with her. The rooms were sooo cozy and comfortable, I stayed in the executive suite with my husband and we got a great view of the fireworks on the 4th of July. Very close to the naval base which was great for graduation. Breakfast bar was also pretty impressive!

The service was wonderful and the hotel was very clean. The location was excellent with many places within walking distance.

I liked how close to the Navy base this facility was, as well as to food. I was able to get my man, get some food and veg out until he had to be back on base. we were never disturbed which made it even better.

We were in town for a whole week for my son's Navy graduation. The staff was great and accommodated our early check-in! Hampton Inn & suites in Waukegan was perfectly located for a quick drive and/or within walking distance to everything you could need from Walmart, restaurants, gas, banks, bowling alley, casino, dispensaries if that's your thing, and all the shopping you'll ever need! My room was very clean, plenty of towels and toiletries. The best part I would have to say is their breakfast, It's phenomenal!!

Nice clean hotel! Breakfast was good and hot! Staff was very helpful and friendly! Will definitely be back! Nearby base! Made it easy to see my nephew graduate from Navy base!
