The staff at check-in was amazing, kind, and accommodating. Building and rooms were very clean.
The hotel is located in a somewhat secluded area which makes it very quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable and everything worked well. The shower was very nice. They are renovating some areas of the hotel but that didn’t bother me at all. Overall a very nice stay.
Location was perfect, staff was friendly and the breakfast was excellent! With 4 teenagers breakfast is a BIG deal!
Very convenient location just off the interstate. We were traveling from SC to NY and Richmond was a good stopping point. Staff was friendly and informative. Hotel was in walking distance of restaurants (mostly fast food and chain restaurants) but the hotel has a list of different types of restaurants within driving distance. We arrived late and tired and this was very helpful.
The staff was very polite and accommodating. The room was clean and updated.
