The inn has a very unique atmosphere as everything is nicely renovated without losing the historical touch. There was even a collection of E.A. Poe's work in my room. :-)

The best place to stay in Downtown Richmond! The inn feels very Virginia - red brick, traditional interior, lots of greenery. Highly recommended!

I loved the building, the interior decoration, the linden trees in the garden and oh the garden! Location was great, we were able to walk to the restaurant for dinner (we had dinner at Tarrant's). Parking was not a problem. Our room was clean. I loved the Edgar Allan Poe collection on the nightstand. Nice touch.

Although its quite old hotel the room is big and convenient
