Zach was an amazing clerk. When we discovered the room had not been cleaned, he immediately found us an upgraded room. When the T. V. did not work, he came to our room and trouble shooted the problem so we could view the news. He did so in a polite and professional manner. The next morning the manager and breakfast attendant were both very helpful in taking care of our questions and requests.
