lots of parking, clean rooms , comfy beds, got a good swim and work out in, bought snacks at mid night
The room was clean with a nice view. The location is very quiet. You can walk to different restaurants. The hotel is close to shopping centers if you like to shop.
Jaybee and the lady in front desk ( I forgot her name Shana) maybe are very nice and friendly. Two ladies in the restaurant are very nice and made my stay enjoyable.
It is a great location. It is central to food, entertainment, mall etc.
Ideal location especially for our grandson’s wedding that was held right in the hotel.Accessible to everything.
Christian was fantastic at check in. Was even able to let us check in early, which was GREATLY appreciated.
The room and bed was clean and comfortable. The room was quiet. Our mini fridge was not working when we got there but maintenance came right away and fixed it and was fine the rest of the stay.
I had shopped other hotels in the area and was very wary from the reviews. I'm so glad we chose the Hilton Concord.
