Location, atmosphere was great and excellent customer service
The staff was nice an friendly. Answered all my questions. Tyrell was quick with getting me towels an rags at almost 3am. I really appreciate that! The only disappointment was not being able to connect my firestick to the wifi, found out from one of the staff members that Hilton doesn't allow it. But other than that my stay was pretty good.
Room very clean evening front desk worker he is so nice and patient takes his time asked do you need help with your luggage Make sure you understand information that is told you
I stayed at the Hilton on 2/22/25 and still have not received my deposit back yet it is still pending o booking d again and it doesn’t even show mon remaining balance wich should be of $48 from deposit pending or anything it has been a whole month and no deposit back from think this will be my very last time booking them because it seems they don’t give back your deposit that’s my only problem and I’m furious a whole month is crazy I guess it’s m going to have to wait for the next to deposit to come back as well because I rebooked and the guy added it in with my room price and didn’t do it separate a basically I’m out of $148 on deposit at the Hilton this is bullcrap
Location is good to access interstate. Easy check-in. Friendly staff.
